I built a second site this week. There were two audiences arriving at one address looking for different things, and I was serving neither well.

The tools are identical. Everyone has access to the same platforms, the same integrations, the same capabilities. The businesses that win aren't the ones with better tools — they're the ones that built something underneath.

I've built a ticket system for client requests. Every email, every change, every 'can you just...' — logged, tracked, and visible. Nothing sits in an inbox hoping someone remembers it.
