Not if it's done properly. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so your URLs follow the WordPress pattern — /product/, /product-category/, /shop/. Shopify uses /products/ and /collections/. The critical work is a 301 redirect from every old URL to its Shopify equivalent, with all your meta titles and descriptions carried across and updated sitemaps submitted to Google.
