Yes. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, I offer retainer packages for businesses that want ongoing SEO, content updates, technical development, and strategic guidance. Most of my clients stay because the relationship works — they have one person who knows their business, their site, and their goals. No re-explaining to a new account manager every quarter. But you'll never be locked in or dependent on me for basic operations. Shopify and Astro sites are both designed for business owners to manage day-to-day content themselves.
