• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all content provided

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of content you provide
• Our Work: We retain ownership of code, designs, and methodologies until full payment
• License: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered work
• Portfolio Rights: We may showcase completed work in our portfolio

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Scrape content without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Build Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. SEO and Marketing Services

We cannot guarantee specific rankings or results. SEO and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We use best practices but results may vary.

12. Termination

• Monthly Services: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Project Work: Termination terms as specified in project agreement
• Effect: Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold We Build Stores harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
