One person, fully accountable
There's no team to hide behind. I do the design, the build, the SEO, and the support. If something goes wrong, there's exactly one person responsible — and you already have my number. That direct accountability is what makes the guarantee real.
26 years of knowing what works
I've been building websites professionally since 1999. The guarantee costs me almost nothing to honour because after 26 years, the surprises are rare. I know what I can deliver, I set honest expectations, and I don't take on work I can't execute well.
30 clients maximum, by choice
I deliberately limit my practice to 30 clients. Not because I can't handle more, but because quality drops when you overcommit. Every project gets proper attention. That's not something an agency juggling 200 clients can say — and it's why most of them won't offer a guarantee like this.
What I won't promise
Honesty about limits is part of the guarantee. Any web designer who promises all of these is selling you something that doesn't exist.

Google's algorithm isn't something I control. What I can guarantee is technically excellent SEO foundations, consistent content work, and measurable improvement over time. Anyone who guarantees specific rankings is either lying or using methods that will get you penalised.
A specific number of leads or sales
Your website is one part of the picture. Pricing, product quality, customer service, and market conditions all affect results. I build the best possible foundation and optimise relentlessly — but I won't fabricate a number to close a sale.
Overnight success
SEO takes time. A new website needs months to build authority. I'll be straight with you about realistic timelines from the first conversation. If someone promises you instant results, they're selling advertising, not SEO.
The principle: I'd rather lose a sale by being honest than win one by overpromising. That's not a virtue — it's practical. Disappointed clients cost more than the revenue they bring in.
